Where are downloaded wallpapers saved to on pc

The three folders here will contain all the default Windows 10 wallpapers, including the Windows Hero wallpaper. The 4K folder contains the Windows Hero image in lots of different screen sizes as well as for monitors that you use in the portrait orientation.

The Wallpaper folder will have collections of wallpapers that have been installed on your system. These collections are the default wallpapers and any other wallpapers that your laptop manufacturer might have included. This is where HP and Dell wallpapers can be found.
