After you tap accept it will start downloading. The install is blocked because my phone is set to block the installation of apps not obtained by the Play Store, so I need to go to Settings - Security - Unknown Sources. We can also go to our home page, go to Settings and find Security with a lock icon. Under Security, scroll down to Unknown Sources.
Press the home button and go back to Viber and tap Install Viber again.
