I have three monitors on two graphics cards. Code 43 " and I drop down to the 2 monitors on the GTX card. The light on the monitor shows that it is still getting a signal it's blue, not yellow , and I can interact with the contents of that monitor, I just can't see anything. To fix it, I have to uninstall both drivers not remove them and keep hitting "scan for driver changes" until everything starts working again.
I did update my drivers. The last version was something like ish for Windows 10 64bit, but after installing the third older monitor would not turn on and the other two would show a black screen.

Now if I just had the money for a better third monitor :D. My machine ran fine with the two cards and all three monitors on Win7. After I first upgraded to Win10 it ran fine as well, I assume because it kept all my old drivers. I've read thru this thread and assume it's a related issue and something to do with which drivers are running.
Of course Win10 "helpfully" keeps updating them without my permission. I saw the link for the utility to turn off the update, which I will do, but at this point I am no longer sure what driver to install to which card and where to get it. The gt uses an older driver, and if I tried to install the older driver it would install over the new driver causing issues with the or disabling it.
If your running a newer card next to an older card Im pretty sure this is your problem right now. It might fix later on when more drivers are released for the updated windows Sora said: you are stuck using R legacy driver until such time you replace that tesla card with a fermi or higher.
